HI HI HI HI HI
SCHOOL IS STARTING TMR I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT WE ARE SEC4S ALREADY ): Most important year and I'm still in the holiday mood and I haven't done my TYS/PWD and I haven't finish hamming my pinafore yet. Sigh.
Today was such a wow day. I had plans to finish up my hmwk, prac my clarinet, ham my pinafore... Did none of them. I feel so unproductive ): instead, went to SICC to swim with dad then we went for lunch and shopping at Orchard HAHAH. Well so much better than finishing up hmwk hahaha. I got free bananas from the club (don't ask me how. it was dumb) and made "healthy banana cookies"

They were not sweet (for me. My parents said it was just right) and they were chewy. Hmmm... Chewy cookies? Not for me. Hopefully y'all will like it! I'm bringing them to school. I had 5 of them while making it cos i was tryin em out and they looked good. I can't say much bout them being yummy so.. AT LEAST DAD AND MOM SAID THEY WERE GOOD?
Anyhooz. Somehow every baking session I screw up. E.v.e.r.y. I can name you each failure but today's one was the more painful and stupidest one ever. The "cookies" weren't sweet. So i tried to put maple syrup on it, didn't work. Thought and thought and had an idea! Caramel. It'll harden on the "cookies". So i happily put butter and sugar into the pan on high heat. It didn't turn brown yet. So i waited and waited and waited and Oooh it turned brown! And i wanted it darker so i left it on high heat. Then. It start turning darker and darker and IT TURNED BLACK AND IT SMOKED SO MUCH AND BUBBLES WERE POPPING AND IT WAS SMELLY. I must have burned it. Wanting to know how it tasted, I dipped my finger into the pot of boiling hot decayed sugar, forgetting that IT WAS HOT.

I burned my finger so bad. It was the most OMGing kinda burn I ever experienced. Mom said it's like dipping your finger into a pot of boiling hot OIL. Poor finger. Now I am typing with my third finger cos I burned my index finger ): it feels paralyzed. It's STILL painful after 3 hours. Sigh I was too dumb.
SO SEE YOU GUYZ BETTER ENJOY THE "COOKIE" I SACRIFICED MY INDEX FINGAH FOR Y'ALL. Just eat it okay? My parents said it was alright so IT'S ALL GOOD!
Okay need to finally hem my pinafore before I don't have any to wear..
